Now You Can Sort Your Google Videos

In case you all were wondering what’s going to become of Google Video now that the YouTube purchase has gone through, I think Google has an answer for you - it’s business as usual. Not only is Google Video going to continue on until forever, they are making improvements to their service along the way.

According to the Google Video blog, users can sort their queries by ratings. Just select “sort by rating” and Google returns the results with the most popularly rated video appearing in the top spot.

Not only has Google added the sort function, but you can also control your queries by using labels. The example used by Google Video was headbutt-heard-around-the-world specialist Zidane. If you’d like to only view videos featuring the Zidane label, you can do so by entering the following string - label: zidane.
