Yahoo! Mail pops its Maps

The team working on Yahoo Mail has added several new features, and partially addressed the slowness of the service for users.

One feature they placed in Yahoo Mail helps people take a quick look at expanded information about a location appearing in an email. Says Yahoo:

When moving the cursor over an underlined term or phrase in a message, users can instantly view Shortcuts to Yahoo! Maps and easily add e-mail addresses or phone numbers to their Yahoo! Address Books.

Use of these new features is optional and users can also turn on and off components based on their preferences.

yahoo is introducing some new feature means its good thing for the users of yahoo.. but, if the service is slower means what is the use of it.. Any way the yahoo user can easily save the email addresses and phone nos. in yahoo address books.. Thanks to yahoo team..
