Fact is, the development of the internet technology was never funded by most of the companies who now claim their right to abandon net neutrality. Large portions of their business stem from the current state of the net.

This study isn't the only thing out there that questions net neutrality. The FTC issued a report last week concluding that regulators and legislators should proceed with caution. We just don't know what the affects of net neutrality would be. I don't want government regulations to hurt the net in the long run. Working with Hands Off the Internet, we must proceed with a "hands off" approach.
