Yahoo plugs away with Search Marketing updates
New features have arrived for Yahoo’s Search Marketing clients, including a continued nudge toward keeping ad content within Yahoo’s editorial guidelines.
Michael Mattis does more than cajole advertisers about keeping within the bounds of Yahoo’s rules. The YSM man noted a couple of updates arriving a few weeks after Yahoo’s end of August tweaks.
Custom reports and scheduling have arrived, with Yahoo offering several report formats and options on when to receive them. They also tossed in some lateral Previous and Next navigation to campaign, ad group, and keyword pages, making it easier to traverse them.
Also, Yahoo made Today an option in the calendar widget for the Campaign and Report tabs. The default range remains at two weeks unless the advertiser changes it to a new default.
