DELIVERY: SHALL TAKE PLACE TO BUYERS CHOICE DESTINATION WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ACCEPTANCE/SIGNING OF CONTRACT TERMS THE SELLER CONFIRMS THAT EACH CONSIGNMENT WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT’S:

1. Commercial Invoice Made out to BUYER
2. Certificate of Origin
3. Packing List
4. Assay Report
5. Airway Bill
6. Certificate of Ownership
7. Radiation Certificate KL

There are two alternatives in terms of delivery of the gold.

1. Either the buyer(s) travel to Ghana to meet Company directors and sign an agreement upon which the transaction will be based. This will also give the buyers the opportunity to examine the whole volume of gold. Buyers destination will be accompanied by two company directors to receive payment unless paid in full prior to shipping from Accra, Ghana. P. O. D.

2. Arrangements will be made with shipping agents to deliver the gold to buyers destination. When the gold arrives at buyers destination, buyer will have test samples of the gold to confirm its quality. The Buyer(s) pays all costs that arise after delivery to the point of delivery Accra, Ghana. (including Government export tax, airfreight, insurance, customs, transportation, refining, assaying, bank charges). It is estimated that Government tax, airfreight and insurance will cost 6.5% of the cost of the raw gold.
